They claim I can wait until the credit card people reimburse me for the money they are holding for the ticket they have not booked for me. Ms Manila also promises that I can book at a later date and Cheap Tickets will honour the original price and that my ticket will cost me $2,274.22, plus $61.59, for handling fees. I won't have to pay a dime more, she said, when I make my new cheap ticket booking. I also asked her to send me her promise by email - which she said she would in 24 hours.
