Silly Bahraini Girl is a blog for all of us - women blessed with a brain which ticks and a heart that throbs. A Bahraini girl is never silly but there are some factions out there who insist that we are not given our place in the society. To those, I say, HARD LUCK!

I did, and it was an empty blog that used to be populated with stuff, now it's gone... what gives?
We hope he returns :)
yeah me too... I dont follow...
he was a jolly guy... what happened?
Yeah I was pretty disappointed that he stopped abruptly. I remember when he started out he ruffled everyones feathers, but I really got to enjoy his commentary.
First Bahraniat, Homer's been spotty, Bahraini by Nature and Absinthe haven't posted in forever, now Odd A took the dive!
At least W&W had good reason (the medium wasn't the best fit) and an alternative and Homer's been good about letting us in on why he hasn't stayed up with it. It's a little difficult to claim that our tiny little desert island has the best per-capita blogging quality index when our staying power is suspect.
I'm not complaining, but maybe we need to look into whether there is something we the blogosphere can do to maintain a stable "retention rate". Any thoughts?
You may want to encourage children, students (university, high school, etc.), parents, family members, educators, etc. to start blogging. Blogging is very healthy!
Promote blogging among MPs, heads of governorates and ministers. Corporate blogging has started in Bahrain but needs more awareness. For example, AmeInfo News team have started their own corporate blog, the Gulf Daily News have many journalists who also blog, how about more media personalities from the island and those overseas Bahraini residents and citizens joining the fray of bloggers.
Good Luck with everything, feel free to get in touch with us if you need assistance. We can help host and set up wordpress blogs or any other blogging tools of an open source nature that you'd wish to adopt.
Cheers!
News Blog re-Blog team.
