This is the message I get when I try accessing the site!
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /neocounter/neocounter_page.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
Any explanation anyone?

you should use nedstat - its just more than a counter ;)
I wish I could help, mine is working fine...I'm not sure if you mean that your neocounter does that when you access your site (as in it displays itself incorrectly or not at all) or when you go to the actual neocounter website. I hope you can resolve the issue.

my neocounter is up and running again.. guess i have to buy the online version.. i am weary about using my credit cards on line.. guess i will have to get one of those internet cards with a few bucks on them for such emergencies ..

there are stillproblems when you pay! I have the premium version and also the scrolling flag stat counter but sometimes they just don't appear...not often I hasten to add but it pees me off when it happens...and I've only had it 2 weeks!
Did you post something re Ramadan etc...name rings a bell...ooops...I think maybe that was Dubai girl!!!
