Did you know that in law and medicine colleges in the US the male:female ratio is 50:50?
In business, it is less than 40 per cent in the colleges with the highest percentage of women.
This means that women are losing out on some of the higher paying jobs. Although women get higher grades, many of the professional women stopped working if they were rich enough. These were the elite women - they got into the best of schools and got the best of careers - but were not working.
Why are women doing this?
