I WANT my BAG

My bag arrived here at 8pm last night. I arrived here in Miami at 12.30pm yesterday afternoon. American Airlines promised me that my bag will be here at 2pm yesterday. American Airlines lied to me. American Airlines said that my bag will be here between midnight and 2am this morning. I stayed up and waited for my bag until 4am. I woke up every hour to check if there was a bag on our doorstep. There was no bag. I called them. And I called them. And Solana called them. And Georgia called them. And they promised and they promised and it is now 3pm and I am still without my luggage.
