Global Voices Online was splattered all over the news this week, thanks to the work of Neha Viswanathan & Co., who were able to bring us the reactions of real people, in real time, to the carnage taking place in Mumbai.

Thanks to Jules Rincon's super quick shutter speed, we even have a picture featuring a CNN anchor with a screen behind him showing GV's site.

Personally, I am dismayed at the apparent lack of interest among Middle Eastern bloggers - many of whom have not picked up on the story and spoken out on the atrocities being committed in the name of our religion.

What a shame!

Way to to GV
I think you know why many didn't pick up this specific story ... They're Indians. And you and me know how people view Indians in the middle east!

What a shame!
